Did you know that each of the chakras in our body serves a specific purpose, from physical to spiritual? And the size and activation of each chakra can affect our overall well-being?
Let’s start with the lower chakras, such as the Basic chakra, which are responsible for our physical survival. Without these chakras functioning correctly, we could be in big trouble. But don’t forget about the upper chakras, like the Crown chakra, which allow us to connect with the divine and receive intuitive messages.
Each chakra plays an essential role in our lives, and just like organs in our body, if one isn’t working correctly, it can cause serious health problems. So, it’s crucial to keep all of our chakras balanced and activated for optimal spiritual growth.
But hold up! Some people think that being spiritual means being weak and slow, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. In fact, according to Master Choa Kok Sui’s teachings, spiritual growth requires balance and the activation of all chakras and subtle vehicles.
“Your success or failure reflects the degree of your Spiritual Development. What you produce shows how developed you are.” Master Choa Kok Sui
The primary purpose of Arhatic Yoga is to create intelligent, loving, and willful disciples who become great world servants. And to do that, we must stay grounded and practical while exploring the inner world.
So, how do we do that? Well, during meditation, the Crown chakra becomes highly active, increasing our intuition and connection with the divine. But, it’s crucial to ground ourselves by bringing that energy back down to the Basic chakra and visualizing light penetrating the earth. Every meditation created by Master Choa Kok Sui ends with rooting to make sure we stay grounded. This is to make sure we continue to be both practical and spiritual.
Meditation is a spiritual technology, and each stage is crucial for our growth. The upper chakras, particularly the Crown chakra, become quite active while you are meditating. The Crown chakra is the gateway to heaven within. One’s intuition increases as the Crown chakra gets activated. Lower rooting is as essential as our upper rooting, hence the importance of bringing the energy back to the Basic Chakra. So, remember, follow the guidance of the teacher, and keep all of your chakras activated for success on your spiritual journey.
